The server is half-working now. I cannot connect to it, but it says the MOTD, but there is a problem with the new update.

That may be why it says it is up on the console, but not opened up to the world. If it says it is open on the console, try typing in the address localhost and join that.

Another idea, maybe your ip changed? Check your configuration. It is very common for your ip address to change.

I have an idea, but I don't know if it will work. If mcprohosting has their own dedicated server, then you should be able to access the files to change them. Try saving the world and getting new server files and reinstalling the plugins. Or, you could host the server on your computer for now, until we find out a way to fix this.
