If you spent even more time looking at the blog, you would of seen that this is a feature that is being worked on.
Be patient, Bedrock and Java are VERY different games backend wise, LEM breaks very hard when geyser is used without any changes to the code to account for it. We're still not done with it, and don't expect it for a while.
In general, please don't take this approach when talking to modders about "WHY DONT YOU SUPPORT MY THING ITS JUST THAT EASY JUST DO IT" because its not just "that easy", development takes work you know. You know modders and such are actual people with lives outside of Minecraft, right?
