This server is laggy. I can't even drop down and you just kicked me for no reason.

This server. CraftersLand. I just want to play SkyWars and everything else and I keep getting kicked for nothing. And when I drop down in SkyWars I keep lagging in the glass cage and I get kicked for flying and I don't know how to control it. Fix it for me
