1. 1. Cosmetics Changes
      Made it where cosmetics are now available for use in every region.
      Will be keeping an eye on this for any complaints/issues. Possible we may need to revert this problems arise (Heres hoping not)

      Probable fix in the event we do have to disable them in PvP zones is allowing them in the work rooms

Added Invicibility to mines to (hopefully) prevent any kind of damage taking place.

Fixed D donormine from eating you on resets (very sorry)

Fixed other mobs from spawning in D-Cow Room

Fixed a bug where if you did /stuck while falling in the mine, you would take fall damage on landing at the teleport location

Fixed a missing wall found in E Donor Mine

Temporarily disabled the Mining/Dig chat games while looking at why they arent giving rewards to prevent people from getting scammed. Will have a better fix for that soon.
Also for when it is fixed, I lowered the amount of gravel/sand to mine from 16/32 in 60 seconds to just Mine 3 in 60 Seconds. This should make it easier to complete without insane luck.

Fixed /mail command - Will now pull up a list of /mail related commandsAdded Shovels into Donor Kits
Supporter - Iron Unb I
VIP - Iron Eff I Unb I
MVP - Iron Eff II Unb II
KING - Iron Eff III Unb III

Added disguises to Venom Queen boss and Cave Spiders, they will no longer get stuck climbing walls. But as a downside bane of arthropods will no longer work on them.

Added all the missing banner paterns to the dye shop and some whitewool you can buy for decor.
