14. Bounty Hunters - Allows players to place and collect bounties on other players
15. DragonEggDrop - causes the ender dragon to drop an egg when killed after respawning (Still in testing)
16. GP RealEstate - allows buying and selling of land claims
17. No Phantoms - prevents phantoms from spawning entirely (because they're annoying)
18. Wild - allows teleporting to the wild with /wild
19. Guilds - allows players to form and join guilds with each other

Server Rules:

1. Be respectful
   
2. No griefing/stealing (including from unprotected chests!)
   
3. No spam in chat
   
4. No continuously running redstone clocks (for performance)
   
5. No world grief (sky dirt/trees, penises, etc)
   
6. No abuse of bugs/exploits
   
7. No asking for staff application.
