SALTROCK is a fully PVP server with Factions and RPG elements. The server is open 24/7 and we allow all nationalities to join, also there is no whitelist so anyone can join however we do expect maturaty from the players and for them to follow the rules. Our main aim is to let people have fun, whether that be through raiding or building or playing with friends I and the Admins will always try and support you.



The land of SALTROCK is yours to create, after you leave spawn you are able to do anything you want. We use the plugin Factions to its ultimate ability which allowes you to claim land that will be protected from other people, you can recruit other players into your faction which will enable you to claim even more land. With claimed land also comes Power, each player has their own amount of power which you must protect. Power is lost when the player dies and regenerates slowly over time, the power is what allowes you to claim land for your faction, if your power drops lower than the amount of land you have claimed then other factions can claim over your land and therefore raid your chests!

Another Plugin we use is iConomy, we use the currency of Or and Agges. With this currency you can purchase items from the admin marketplace or the player marketplace, you can also trade with other people with it. You aqquire the currency by killing monsters, or you can sell diamonds to the bank for 35 Or each. You can also get money by completing global events like the Monster Arena or Tounaments, these often give quite a bit of money if you win.

We also use the plugin mcMMO which allows the player to gain levels in skills, like mining, woodcutting, sword skills, archery and more! With higher levels you get better abilities in the skill, like SuperBreaker for mining or Tree Feller for Woodcutting!



We think that after you have mined all the diamonds in the world there isn't much else to do on Minecraft, and if you don't feel like raiding small factions just to get some iron then you will like the world events!

The first event we have is the Duel Arena! In this Arena you can fight your friends for fun or join Tounaments for the chance to win large amounts or money!

The second event we have is the Monster Arena! In this arena you and a group of friends will be put to the test against large numbers of monsters, sounds easy? You haven't seen the arena!

We also have Events that happen on specific dates. Like SALTROCK'S SUPER SMASH SHOWDOWN which puts a number of players in a knock out Tournament to find the Grand Champion! The fights are held in the Duel Arena and the winner will receive a large Or prize!

The Treasure Hunt is another event that has the players searching the map for hidden chest filled with all kinds of goodies!



The University of Saltrock offers a large amount of courses to enroll in such as BSc (Hons) Botanical Sciences and BSc (Hons) Combat Techniques.
