Why I want to be a staff?: Being a staff member requires much experience in the field. I believe I have that experience. I've been a staff member on many server but they all close down. So now I'm looking for a community that needs a person who is committed to the wellbeing of the community. I think that a ban should only be used when there is rascism,sexism and/or continuation of spamming. Spamming should result in a kick but if continued after multiple warnings by a higher figure on the server it should result in a ban. Any forms of hackings should result into a permanent and instant ban.
