[/url]There will be more plugins in the future. To be a staff you have to be at least a Member rank. The server needs staff because of hackers and spammers who are trolling the server. The server only is 1.8-1.8.9. Basic rules are to not: Spam, hack, troll, threat, DDoS, harassment, hate of speech.
You can only be a member of being active. (Running around spawn til I give you staff is not active.) If you want to do something then try out factions or mcmmo and be the top of the leaderboards or just mess around on the server.
