Well... I guess I got my idea from: "Deep in the underworld of the neon city, where the only thing that comes from above is rainwater and trash [...] Anything goes in the darkest alleyways, where the light of two stars never shines. Make a skin depicting a grungy sci-fi character or other such facet of a dark, dangerous future city." which is arguably most of the description :/ Then after I could still be wrong :/ I hope I won't be disqualified for that :'(
