This timid, fan-made robot from Undertale's name is Napstabot, the cousin of the infamous underground entertainer robot Mettaton. Napstabot exists in the game as Napstablook (the ghost of monsters' insecurities), but since he is cousins with Mettaton, fans began creating him as a robot. Mettaton, who began life as the ghost of monsters' happiness, left Napstablook in order to pursue his dreams of making everyone in the underground happy by entertainment. Napstablook/Napstabot enjoys listening to or creating music and lying on the floor to escape reality. He cries very often due to his feelings.

Just like Mettaton, Napstabot was created with metal and magic by the royal scientist, Dr Alphys. His soul is contained within a heart-shaped container (which is a square in this skin because the heart was too big to create) on a belt, just like Mettaton.
