That's not the basic Kakashi Hatake skin. During The Last: Naruto the Movie, Kakashi has been seen using a specific and quite upgraded or improved type of Konohakure shinobi outfit. I optically discern it as a Kage Outfit made especially for Kakashi himself based on his requests, though it looks quite similar to a mix of Anbu and Shinobi outfit.
