This chap has come from a very hot underground climate bringing his favourite brimstone tea blend for the party. Full formal wear only goes so far when you've got the intense fiery inferno of... somewhere... to worry about so his dapperest coat will have to do. He also let some of his friends know on the way to the party, so we'll have to wait and see if they'll show up.
