Admiral Vladimir B. Zhukovich is currently the admiral of the United Regions of Russia. During the China-Russia War, Admiral Zhukovich cracked his spine in half, which is the reason he has to wear the S.S.M., or Steam-powered Support Mechanism, on his back at all times.
