This is a really old skin, but for some reason or another, I haven't uploaded this to PMC. Oh well, guess this is a bit of a Christmas present for all the people looking for some nostalgia, especially since the skin is done with the original 4 color palette :)

A skin of Alex from a kick-ass game called River City Ransom I used to play on the good ol' 8-bit NES. Probably one of the first open world games I played with RPG like stat/skill progression, but it did get somewhat repetetive as I wanted to max out all stats and buy everything. Still, man did Technos rock with their character art style and gameplay!

Looks like I'll have a stroll down the memory lane :D

Thanks for creating my absolute favorite skin, nobbie! I wear it often, and did so purposely while creating this video: Minecraft NES Pixel Art #17: River City Ransom- Thor & The Zombies

ah, the good old NES...I am sure most of the kids on here are too young to have played it.
I did a skin of a NES double dragon character with all the original colors like this, but didn't want to upload it.

I only beat like a dozen games on the real NES, but those were at least somewhat humane in their difficulty and I would repeatedly keep beating those games until I was somewhat good at them.

Thank goodness we have emulators for old systems so even the younger generation can enjoy such classics as Silver Surfer, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Fester's Quest etc. some kids had to endure :D

lol...I don't think anyone would enjoy those games you listed, even on an emulator with a save state option. Silver Surfer was ridiculous.
Check out this 8 bit wonder, you should recognize him if you ever played double dragon on the nes.

I recommend not putting black for edges and curves.
