This Spider Armor was made after the events of Secret Wars in 2015 and Superior Spider-Man. At the time Peter Parker had a company called Parker Industries and had convinced Hobie Brown aka The Prowler to impersonate Spider-Man so that Peter would have time to build/upgrade his suit and thus The All New All Different Spider-Man / Spider-Armor MK IV was born! The suit was destroyed in a battle with the Superior Octopus aka Doc Ock who used an EMP type device.
