Andrei Nolan is one of Vladimir Makarov's most trusted confidants, responsible for rescuing him from the Kastovian gulag in Verdansk. In the events of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III, he would later be apprehended by Kyle "Gaz" Garrick of Task Force: 141, and be used to locate Milena Romanova, another close ally of Makarov.

After escaping capture in the multiplayer events, Nolan would serve under both the Konni Group and KorTac.

The Precise Execution outfit is obtained by buying the Konni Devil Bundle and Konni Empress Bundle with COD points.

I initially planned to only work on Soap Masked, then realized he and Nolan's outfit look very similar.

andrei nolan looks like a exact copy of the soap skin but for KorTac 😭 soap is $70 dollars and andrei is like 30-35
