I'm going to agree with Dunlan, Speedy and Basicbrick. The colours on this one is really cold, which isn't bad, but it just seems almost too cold. A thing that bothers me a lot is the gold/yellow. It doesn't seem metallic at all, the darker shade you used is a green which I find pretty unnecessary. A bit more contrast to the highlights would look nice too, and maybe even a bit more orangey base colour would look better. I actually tried this and I felt it looked a lot more golden. 

For the main colour used, the fur colour. I would hue shift more in the darker shades, and a lot less in the lighter. 

The shading is perfectly fine, I would however use less lines on the head, 

I changed a few of the colours so they matched what I like a bit more.

You do not have to do any of this. but consider it at least as I think it would bring a nice effect to the skin.

I only made the yellows shift to green because I was trying to make the whole skin look cold, but I notice now that the black looks pretty warm.
Thanks for the feedback, I dont get it often.
