The chiss is a species from Star Wars. They served the Sith and the empire for a long time period. Here you have a chiss female artic explorer, but this species is not specialized on scouting. They developed lots of functions in the empire!
The Snowtroopers (or Artic Troopers/Soldiers) were the infantry base of the Star Wars armies in planets like Hoth, Vandor, Illum, Mygeeto, Rhen Var or Belsavis (and many others), where the climate is harsh and cold. Although the equipment given to their soldiers, the Empire often appealed the chiss because of their exploring skills and their ability to get used to different climates.
