This is Billy from the Grim adventures of Billy and Mandy. I find him very funny as he is not only very stupid but seems to be a pet to mandy and also for whatever reason he seems obvious to everything going on at times. He also cannot add 1+1 and also he really seems to get himself, the world, and sometimes his friends in trouble because of his comical stupidity. Anyways I really enjoyed this skin as this was when cartoons were cartoons and when they had humor and imagination and staying power.
