This is a Plague doctor from the Black Death period. They wore masks with beaks, although this one has a skull mask, filled with aromatic items, designed to protect them from putrid air, since they thought that the disease spread by the air. He wears a long coat, and gloves. More info below in spoiler, from Wikipedia.

Changed it so that the skull mask goes under his chin. Forgot that Minecraft now makes it
so that its back to front. Anyways, I fixed it. 100% done.
