This is a pilot of the Interceptor-Class Jet, part of the Empire of 2199.His sword is made from a sea serpent's tail spike and it's handle of ice.
His bow is from sea serpent heartstrings and a ice handle.
His suit was literally woven from snow and ice, strong and durable.
The pilot is also a Ice Wizard, a boy straight from the cold and trained in magic.
