This is my entry for ZappyGru's jam, the Super PMC Fighters! Blue here is a melee type fighter with high agility stats, being pretty similar to that of the mii brawler!

Moves and special abilities:

All tilt and regular attacks are the same as the Mii brawler.

By holding the analog stick up after jumping you can activate a slow fall function, Blue using his cloak as somewhat of a paraglider. He can also double jump!
The neutral special is an "Exploding Punch"! A parody of the exploding side kick, it unleashes a punch so expensive, it'll set the world on fire! (or at least your arm).
The side special is the "Suplex"! A mii brawler move, Blue will dash forward to grab an opponent and preform a backdrop!
The up special is a "Fish Bucket"! Blue will flip upward and bucket any foes that are in front of him! And jumping again in midair will cause him to come swinging down with a devastating downward kick, driving the bucket into the ground!
The down special is the "Twirl Counter"! If timed correctly, Blue will maneuver around the attacking opponent, grab their arm, and send them flying!

Smash Ball Special:
The Arctic Finale! Blue grabs the nearest opponent in range and throws him in his bunker, which has a timed bomb within! 3, 2, 1, KABOOM!,
