Technique - 9/10. I love how adorable this Breloom looks! Though, you are definitely right on your two negative criticisms on your skin. It does look a tad bit unproportional (I can see it in it's face) and it's not as crispy-clean as your other skins. Nitpicks aside, it's still a super cute Breloom that deserves all of it's love.
Quality - 9/10. Spectacular shading as always! Keep up the good work!
