To get the skin working
1.Rename it char
2.Go to start menu
3.type "run"
4.Click run icon/folder
5.Type %appdata%
6.Open the .minecraft folder
7.Open the bin folder
8.Open minecraft with Winrar archive
9.Find and open the mob folder
10.Find the char in the list
11.Delete it
12.Click and drag this folder into the minecraft.jar
