Capitaine Chevalle, Pirate Lord of the Mediterranean Sea.
Hailing from the trade capital of France, Marseilles, this notorious Frenchman made a name for himself plundering and pillaging trading and merchant ships of Europe, as well as trading with the French Colonies in the New World in the 1740s. He was also known to plunder the Spanish treasure fleets of fellow Pirate Lord, Captain Eduardo Villanueva as they returned from such locales as the New World.
A bounty of 6,000 Guineas has been placed on the head of this infamous Pirate Captain, wanted dead or alive by the East India Trading Company, the British Royal Navy, the French Royal Navy, and the Spanish Armada for crimes including, but not limited to, piracy in the French seas, attempting to steal from the Swiss Bank, and defacement and destruction of French property both on land and at sea.

I've added my own details to the coat, cravat, vest and hat, but kept the general colour scheme.
It was fun making this skin, and I hope it gets some attention - but I don't think it's quite worthy of winning the contest.
