Ohoh, that is definitely an edit of my skin. You can tell because they literally just took the 1.8 layers off of the shoes, there's from the socks still left, the tail has a blue bow, and the hair shading is the exact same on the back of the head among other things. 
I'm not really sure on how to go about reporting it since it's a heavily edited skin, though.
