Back Story

Cressida was nothing more than a normal 10 year old little girl. She grew up on planet Ghibalb. She lived in a nice home with everything she would ever need to stay alive. They had holograms, to use as computers. This planet was the most peaceful planet you could ever dream to visit. But, what the people did not know, the core of the planet was unstable, very unstable. An earthquake shook the entire world sending everyone into chaos.

Her parents were desperate to keep their only child alive, even if it meant...turning her in-human. Crying she said "But moma why can't you come with me?" "Because we are the only ones that know of this, and it only works once, darling. I'm sorry.." Mother chocked out. Her parents led her into the lab, and locked her in a tube. They both knew core was going to implode an minute now. They hooked everything up to the tube, and hesitantly flipped the switch. Their daughters brain was zapped and copied into a similar hologram image of her in a blindingly bright white flash of light. Cressida's body slumped to floor of the tube, dead. They both flinched and tried to keep the tears back, knowing that their daughters mind would awaken in an hour in the hologram. They ran out of the lab, not wanting Cressida to wake up to them dead.

*Hours Later* Cressida woke up with a strange sensation of being weightless. She blinked once, twice, and opened her eyes wide in shock. She was floating in space and chunks of rock were everywhere. Wondering how the heck she survived all of this, she looked down and realized she was see-through.
