If I make it 1 pixel bigger (higher) it wouldn't look like cylinder hat. I'm afraid that Minecraft skins don't give endless artistic possibilities.

I know what do you mean and I could make the face smaller so the hat becomes larger BUT if it was a human, when it's creeper it won't look good because smaller creeper face will be ugly. By the way I like the mafia idea and that is going to be my next skin. Thanks for the inspiration!
