Well, this is my entry for the PMC Fan Skin Contest. I made it based off of my old friend Oblong, even though he hasn't been on in forever. The reason why I chose to make Creepy Susie is simply because his name is Oblong, and I'm a fan of the Oblongs, so... that's really about the only reason.
Also, I'm sorry if it's not too good. I'm not very good at making skins, and it's really hard to make one of a black and white character, but I hope you enjoy it anyway!

Also, here is a skin variation of it. It's really not different at all other than there being 2 pixels in front of the mouth, making it look smaller from the front.

Don't worry about how the skin looks, I think that you did a really good job on it! As the unofficial #1 Creepy Susie enthusiast, I gotta say that this is the holy grail. Your old friend definitely would have loved this skin if they saw it. If you don't mind, I'm going to set this as my main skin from this point onward!
