BACKSTORY!
He and his blue-haired brother were both tired of the silly dictatorship on the tiny spot of habitable land that were still on earth (the spot is situated where the Norwegian south-west coast is located now). The rest of the world was mainly polluted by radioactive grub and the sea was dark green and slimy. Some people said that the moon was more healthy to live on, and it wouldn't be surprising if they were right about it.

The were many civil wars, and wars between people. Intelligent robots that had taken control over the planet wanted everything to be perfect, but they failed a bit, especially when it came to overschooling and installing a cybernetic and heavy eye on all the humans.
The two brothers wanted the school to give them less homework, and were seen as dangerous criminals, since they knew the biggest weakness of the robots- water. They never got it as they wanted, since they were a bit afraid of the robotic groundkeeper's mower.
