I would say the black shades need a little more of a blue hue in them (more hue-shifting)
Also, some of the shading doesn't make sense. For example, the upper torso gets lighter then gets darker in one area in the middle, it shouldn't do that.
I'm just giving you some feedback, it doesn't matter what shading style you use - the shading should still make sense..
It's still a great skin, the layout is awesome and that hat layer makes it perfect.
