I fixed it to the color that you wanted, and I gave him a slight tan. Any darker and it would've looked unrealistic. Also, I did NOT add Headphones, because I don't think it would've looked as good with them. ;) Hope you like!

i don't really like adding mouthes because it makes the face look too crowded. if i were to add a mouth, i'd have to take away some of the hair.
