Wow! This one took a while longer than the last one. I had a lot of fun with this it was quite a challenge getting the kind of look I was going for! I wanted to use the clothing layer to make it more textured. I think it worked.

Edit: I've been learning quite a bit and practicing more with layers and shading / using more colors. I want to eventually update all of my current Pokemon skins to be of this style, but it looks like that will take some time. Took hours (accumulative) to get this to look just right. But yeah, fixed everything and it looks exponentially better.
