About 128x128 Minecraft skins:

These types of skins however will not work on Minecraft: Java Edition (MCJE) which is the pc version of the game (Minecraft). These types of skins will however will work on “Minecraft: Pocket Edition (iOS/Android devices) and Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition (Pocket Edition).


However, there is a paid version of Skinseed for Minecraft skins, but I’m not sure how much the app is on the AppStore (on iOS, but I’m not sure how much it is on Android). [Because I don’t have Android].
