Man, this is beautiful. I'm not sure what Nana's thoughts would be on the shirt, but I personally love it. It compliments the eyes beautifully & ties in with the socks. As someone who's been making skins for around seven years now, I can't help but say this is a wonderful skin.
Can't help but mention the warm tones you used as well, very nice contrast between the cooler blues & whites.

the shading of the outfit looks nice, but i don't like the blue of the outfit, likewise its too pink in the skin shading

Hey its super disrespectful to give unwanted criticism over any form of art.
I'm sorry you don't like the way I did the skin, but your opinion isn't welcome here after this.

FYI I've been making skins for almost 4 years and do skin commissions! A lot of people seem to think I'm already good at skins.
