Pretty nice skin. It's pretty nice how you can make a lot of hat layer without getting too messy, well that counts on most of your skins and some parts of this skin. It's the back and the wings I think are kind of messy. It's a bit because of all the green in the palette that mashes together imo, but also because there are so much dithering, detailing and hat layer. Imo the wings are really hard to notice, not a huge problem. I know how hard it is to make wings when they are the same colour as the body, this is so hard to avoid.

The front and the head looks great though. Captured all the details without getting too messy, and still making it looks really cool, great! This type of mash up palette is not my favourite, so I don't really want to say anything to that, but it looks pretty nice.

Obligatory feedback on the dragon from dragon lol.  Colors have always been something I struggled with and the more I learn the more I realize I know nothing about color theory. I don't know anything about this character except that hes part of some card game so I felt like the details were really important in case they pertain to the characters abilities and as a result the arms ended up getting a little messy.Thanx a lot for the feedback. Hopefully in future skins I'll get better at cramming detail without it looking messy.
