Concept
I Wanted to Make a Skin for My Friend Jared who is a Big fan of Duke Nukem, so I made a 1.8 skin that had both legs arms and side slightly different, the skin has a second layer on its chest and face,

I may come back to this later on and make the pants 3d or more detailed.
I'm not happy with how i did the Hair in some spots but ill try and fix it later on
