Edmund Macmillan, from We Happy Few.
"Do you remember Percy?" says Edmund. Acting as Reg Cutty's package deliverer (it's so rare to get a decent cut of meat these days, you know?), Edmund is encountered by Arthur Hastings during the sidequest 'Superb Meat Boy'. Having been thrashed by the so-called Plough Boy gang, he suffers from a pair of broken legs. Ouch. Thankfully though, Arthur manages to carry him to the local pub. During this sidequest we learn that Arthur knew Edmund before, as he was Percy's best (and supposedly, only) friend. It also mentioned that he is 'dim' like Percy was, which is implied to be a rather unpleasant euphemism for autism.
Pleased! Very pleased. I only ended up starting this days ago and already I've found my way to finishing it. I did struggle a bit with blending the bloodstain on Edmund's leg with his trousers but, I've done what I can. I also come to realize that alot of these WHF skins end up a little derpy with the expression, but what can ya do?
