Recently the PMCSA has another contest. You have to use the palette provided to make a skin. (link) Yes, if you are wondering, this is my entry. I was looking at the colors on the palette when I suddenly saw the Ho-Oh gijinka that was opened on my desktop so I decided to make Ho-Oh.
Now, the outcome wasn't perfect. I personally thinks that the wings are poorly done (T^T) however I don't know how I could make it better. Also some other areas are derpy. Feedbacks would be very much appreciated.
