The other day while I was running around trying to fix the landscape ruined by endermen, I had the thought that only the player and the mystical endermen were gifted with the ability to pick up and place blocks.

I then wondered if there was a connection between us. And then I wondered just where the hell did "steve" come from, anyway. Just plopped in the middle of a world where he is the only ordinary human looking thing in existence.

I figured it would make much more sense if the player were actually an enderman, thrown into the overworld for disobeying the dragon god, now on a quest to return home to free the rest of their people from the flying tyrant.

But of course the player's body is much more squat than an enderman's, so even with an enderman skin you would look quite strange. But then I remembered that all young creatures are less slender than their adult counterparts, and I thought "my, how cute would a little baby ender be?" and thus the enderchild was born.

Certainly not a difficult skin to make, but I thought the idea for it was quite original and interesting, so I'm sharing it with you. Feel free to wear and/or alter this skin as you please, just don't claim the little backstory for your own.
