After the battle with Zeruel in episode 19 of Neon Genesis Evangelion. The berserk Unit-01 was contained and put into LCL to rejuvenate. as this was happening it had a large crazed Grin which could be seen even after it had been bandaged up from wounds it received during recapture and containment. the bloodied bandages gave this menacing Eva an all too creepy feel.
