My RP lore:
Evelyn was born to humans, but as a baby, her father heard of a legend about a sea temple and went to see it for himself, but he died on the journey. One night, a few weeks later, a hoard of zombies attacked her and her mother. Evelyn's mother fought off the zombies but was badly injured in the process.

As kids, Evelyn's birth parents were friends with a young villager boy who was exiled for his keen skills with an ax. He ended up becoming a vindicator at the peaceful Riverside Mansion.
Evelyn's mother rushed her to the mansion and in her dying words, she requested that the Illagers took her daughter into their care. Evelyn was raised by the Illagers as an Evoker. Her magic skills grew and soon, she left the mansion to tour the world and attend schools all around the world. During the time she was in the mansion, she learned all kinds of summoning spells, spells that made crops grow, and more. She was also taught how to craft totems.

She used this on her journey to help herself and others.
