Game: Fallout 3

Backstory: Brother Hao (Hao Di) was once a normal scavenger until he ventured to Mama Dolce's Food Processing Plant in the Capital Wasteland. He was about to get shot by the PLA ghouls until he loudly shouted "I SURRENDER!" in Mandarin. Confused as to how a wastelander who has no does not appear to be of Chinese decent could speak fluent Mandarin, they questioned him. He said that as he was scavenging the Arlington Library he discovered a few pre war books, including some on the Chinese language. He thought it would be useful to be able to understand Chinese in order to read Chinese Spec Ops Manuals. The Chinese ghouls then took him in and made him an honorary PLA soldier.

Abilities: Brother Hao is very skilled with rifles, especially that of the Chinese Assault Rifle, although he prefers using bolt actions. He once managed to kill a raider at 500 meters using an unscoped Mosin. He is also decent at sneak and explosives.

Equipment: Chinese Assault Rifle (Type-56), C96, Chinese made Mosin


Attributes: Is very happy and cheerful, but not afraid to shoot enemies of Mao if they threaten his comrades.
