Well I was thinking of a idea for the contest and I thought what would be the funniest superhero ever? What could be better than a superhero who leaves his enemies reeking. So here he is!

Very interesting, not very original I must say, as a lot of the contest entries involve the involuntary releases of gases and matter from the buttock region :P

The skin is in itself good in appearance. Good pixel map design, but could use some work on the texturing...

Also, it has no outer layer of pixels, I suggest for the next time that you make a skin, that whenever you have goggles like this one, that they are on the outer layer...

And for the extra details given in the description, and the fact that the skin isn't hideous like many skins that I've seen, I will give you a diamond :)
