It's a shame these characters weren't expanded on (due to Fox cancelling it after the first 12 episodes). Joss Whedon's conspiracy theories are a work of art!

They expand on them a little in the comics but I would have loved to see a longer arch with them. Hell, what am I saying? I think everyone would have loved ANY more Firefly. :P
