yeah well when most people do ombre stuff (seriously why is it called ombre? is that some girly fashion term? why not just "colour fade" or something like that? and how do you even pronounce it? i don't get thisssss) they don't really do it like that i think. when i do one, i often just take a palette that has a super drastic hue shift so it changes colour and then i just shade the, uh, hair that goes down the front of the body that i don't know how it's called so that it becomes lighter towards the end and bam, i've got an ombre.

but most people that do ombres somehow manage to make a colour fade with like multiple palettes and it doesn't look terrible somehow. i've tried messing around with like 10 palettes that were all the same in how they went from light to dark but all had a slightly different colour and i'd use those for an ombre but it looked so horrible that i didn't bother with it at all. i truly have no idea how to do a proper ombre where all the colours just fade without it just being one palette that goes from light to dark with a hue shift. i simply don't understand people that are able to pull off an ombre...
