The story of this turtle species is rather tragic. They are usually flying around, enjoying life, when a Lakitu swoops down, grabs the shell, impales the shell with spikes, and flies off with it. The shell then gets used by a racer to throw at the racer in first place. Many turtles have become injured due to Lakitus. This is for Allergy_Man's skin palette contest.
