-First and foremost, the shading is uneven. You want to keep the darker hues in the underarms, between the legs, and under the head.
-Secondly, the detail of the hair seems too soft. You need to try to empasize the detail of the hair as best as you can.
-Thirdly, the skin lacks contrast. I'd suggest looking up the_soup's and DancingWalrus's tutorials on color choice, as well as Leostereo's, too.
-Finally, there are some parts you had forgotten that need fixed (Ex: under the legs, under the hood)
I'd also like to suggest that you could maybe try different things besides desu-teen-girls, they seem to get really dull and boring pretty quickly. Maybe try something creepy. And not cute-creepy, Creepy.

The hair is supposed to be soft, i don't like really hard shading that stands out too much. I like soft shading :3
The soup is very skilled, honestly she comes up with ideas that i couldn't even dream of, and she makes the skins so so nicely, but her shading is really not my style. At all. Don't get me wrong, i know her shading probably takes more work than mine does, i wouldn't know. But it's not really my style :3

I know i make the same style, but mainly i make cute skins because that's what i like. This isn't a job, it's just a little side thing i do to pass time, and i think i'd get bored quickly if i made stuff that i wasn't really into. Besides, i tried to make some creepy skins, but they never made it to here, because i wasn't happy with them :P So i am trying! it's just hard when this is all i'm used to :P
