Alright, I wanna go through my design. This here is a generation I deep exploration suit that is airtight and rated for actual exploration of a planet. If it's only space activity then your standard spherical glass helmet spacesuit is fine for the mission, but when exploring worlds with possibly harsh conditions or derelict spacecraft and space stations then this suit is perfect for the job.
The gen one DES' helmet is squarish by design to withstand hazardous environments and be easily repaired by replacing the compromised glass which makes this much more practical in harsher environments compared to the spherical designs. Though compared to the spherical design, the DES' helmet sacrifices field of view and comfort for ruggedness but it is still rated for vacuum use so you can also wear it in space if you're fine with the limited FOV.
