Ocean Monuments, great structures built deep beneath the oceans surface. Large and Beautifully constructed but by whom?

This is Ghu'Rloth the last of his kind a race of water dwelling humanoids. Many of the "mer-men" once roam the oceans and the surface of the Overworld, easily conquering the wilderness with the powers of Hydrokinesis, telepathic communication and advanced technology. They created their ocean monuments in service of their unnamed god, with servants and guardians alike. Some strange eons ago they vanished without a trace, leaving only their derelict monuments and guardian beasts they created.

Ghu'Rloth swims the endless seas in hopes of finding his lost race. Pray not that you run into him, land beasts meet nothing but disdain for this ancient one, unless he's hungry that is...
